A non-refundable payment of 1/2 of the order total is expected upfront.
I like to begin the process by writing an initial draft of the resume and sending a review copy with any questions I might have.
You will then review carefully for accurate and thorough content, and email revision requests, including preferences on layout, formatting, and color.
We go through a major revision, another review and revision if necessary, and then fine-tune to your satisfaction.
The remaining half of the order total is expected after final approval of the resume, with other documents to follow.
I will do my best to respond to emails or texts the day they are sent. With quick response on your part, a resume is generally finalized within a week, and all other documents completed in the following week. Expediting your order cuts that turnaround by half.
My workday is 9am to 5pm EST M-F, so I prefer phone calls be scheduled within that time frame.
